You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use hyph. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory during registration and hyph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Each player may hold only one hyph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you have lost access to your account, use the account recovery process.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Attempting to abuse bonus offers may result in account suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals on hyph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hyph login credentials. hyph will never ask for your password or OTP via chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hyph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the hyph online gaming platform available at hyph.one and its associated mobile applications and services.
By accessing the hyph platform, completing the registration process, or using any hyph service — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with hyph's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money gaming on hyph is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hyph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The hyph platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. hyph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) hyph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. hyph employs identity verification and fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hyph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. hyph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 KYC Verification. hyph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include a UMID card, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hyph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your hyph account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify hyph immediately via the live chat support channel.
3.3 Security Practices. hyph will never ask for your password or OTP through any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from hyph that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to hyph support immediately.
3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices you use to access hyph are secure and free from malware. hyph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using the device management feature to monitor active sessions.
4.1 Accepted Methods. hyph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Prohibited Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on hyph: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset; and (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time and will be communicated on the platform.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond hyph's control.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 General. hyph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. hyph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at hyph's sole discretion.
5.4 One Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
6.1 Certified Games. All games available on hyph — including live casino games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently certified for fairness. Live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment streamed in real time.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, hyph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake. hyph is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. hyph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.4 Disconnection. If you are disconnected from a game in progress, hyph's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the recorded state where technically possible. hyph is not responsible for losses arising from disconnection due to your internet connection or device.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hyph platform:
hyph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the hyph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of hyph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the hyph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hyph content without prior written consent.
hyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hyph complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

hyph complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and supports the national responsible gaming framework. Players who have self-excluded from hyph must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the self-exclusion. Any such attempt will result in permanent account closure.
11.1 By hyph. hyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) a player has violated these Terms; (b) hyph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) a player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (d) a player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or (e) hyph is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your hyph account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal processing times.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the hyph platform ceases immediately. hyph will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hyph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hyph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hyph shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or corruption of data; (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (e) losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet outages, or circumstances beyond hyph's reasonable control; or (f) the conduct of third-party game providers.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit hyph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and hyph, you agree to first contact hyph's customer support team via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. hyph will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory body overseeing hyph's operations in the Philippines, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the foregoing, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
hyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hyph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the hyph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be available on this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
